Political Science

The Political Science program at Algoma offers three- and four-year degrees in Political Science as a single specialization or in combination other subject areas (Law and Justice, Sociology, Psychology, History, English, etc.). The program addresses a wide range interests from local municipal to Indigenous and international politics.

As a Political Science student, you will gain an understanding of the values, structures, and processes of Canada's political systems as well as of the relationships and decision-making forums that all states are parts of in the much wider and interdependent world.
