Manitoba Immigration Programs

International Students who have completed a post-secondary program for which they earned a certificate, diploma or degree at a publicly funded Manitoba institution are invited to apply to the MPNP (Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program) with priority assessment.

International students are eligible to apply if they:

  • Have graduated from a recognized post-secondary educational program of at least eight months at a recognized Manitoba institution
  • Possess a post-graduation open work permit from Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC)
  • Have received a formal offer of full-time, long-term employment from a Manitoba employer AND Have worked with that same Manitoba employer for the past six months.
