Master in Manufacturing Management - Alumni News

Celeste Bonyuet, MMM’03, is living in California with her husband and her
8 month old baby boy Julian. She is a staff engineer working at Edwards
Lifesciences. Her role is to be the manufacturing engineer for new Heart
Valves designs and surgical accessories. She will be leading design
transfers from R&D into Commercial manufacturing.
Vera Isaak, MMM’03, was promoted to materials manager at GE Energy
Services for Sondex Oilfield Technology. She is responsible for the
receiving, warehouse, planning and shipping departments at the Calgary
location. She started her new role in January 2009 and relocated to
Calgary with her husband.
Ali Rezaei, MMM’04, is leaving Korex Don Valley ULC. He started almost 6
years ago as production supervisor and made it up to production manager.
He will be joining Golden Boy Foods as plant manager for one of their
plants in Vancouver. Golden Boy Foods is a leading Canadian manufacturer,
marketer and distributor of more than 400 private label and branded food
products, including peanut butter, baking nuts, snacking nuts, trail
mixes, raisins, dried fruits and jams.
Alejandra Barreto, MMM’06, and her husband Bernardo are the proud parents
of their second baby girl, Ursula. She was born on January 2. Proud
parents and elder sister Leticia are enjoying the newest member of the
family.
Dipesh Vaidya, MMM’08, left 3M Canada and joined Barzel Industries Inc.
(formerly known as Novamerican Steel). As process engineer based in
Montreal, he works out of the Quebec facilities, largely Granby.
Carlos Rafael Sanchez, MMM’09, has recently accepted the position of
inventory control manager with Mabe Canada, a large manufacturer and
distributor of GE, Hotpoint, Moffat, McClary and self brand appliances. |
