With 1600 international students from 100 countries, the University of Windsor is truly an international campus. The International Student Society hosts events and activities to promote multiculturalism on campus, and organizes trips for students so they get to see more of Canada while they study. The International Student Office helps new students with everything from homework to taxes so you won't have to make the adjustment alone.
Windsor as a city is also very multicultural. If you're homesick or just want to explore the cuisine of a new culture, take a walk down University Avenue or Wyandotte Street and you'll be dining on Chinese, Ethiopian, or Indian in no time.
While on campus, grab a bite to eat in the CAW Student Centre. Open twenty-four hours a day, the CAW is a great place to relax, study, and hang out with new friends. It also houses many campus services, including a TravelCuts travel agency, the campus medical facility, and the ever-popular Thirsty Scholar pub.

When you're not studying, you can catch a play by the University Players, watch the Lancers football team, or work out in the St. Denis sports facility. You can also head downtown into Windsor's bustling night life, or cross the border to be part of Detroit's arts and culture scene.
